Q. How long will my order take to complete ?

A. Conversion times vary due to our workload. On request we can give you an estimated timeframe for the completion of your job and we may be able to complete work in a shorter timeframe if required.


Q. Why should I get my old material converted to DVD & CD ?

A. Analogue media deteriorates, especially if incorrectly stored. A number of our customers also find that they can no longer view or listen to their recordings as they no longer have compatible players.


Q. How long do DVD's & CD's last ?

A. This is still unlargely an unknown question. If discs are handled and looked after correctly, they will last much longer, experts haved stated in excess of 50+ years.


Q. What if I'm not happy with my end product on DVD or CD ?

A. Please contact us. We are more than happy to discuss this with you and look at options to ensure you are completely satisfied with our service.


Q. What if my package gets lost in the post or courier ?

A. As a reccomendation, we strongly advise you courier all material to our street address (if you are an out-of-town customer). Courierpost have the best tracking system, which you can access via the Internet. All out of town orders are sent an email confirmation the day we receive the order.


Q. How do I pay for my order ?

A. You can pay by direct credit into our account, Eftpos, Visa or Mastercard or by posting us a cheque. We will email you an invoice for payment upon completion of your order.


Q. Can the DVDs I recieve be played overseas ?

A. Yes they can. They are not zoned like movies, so can be played anywhere in the world.


Q. Can I edit my own footage once this has been transferred to DVD ?

A. Yes. We can supply your footage in a format on a DVD that will allow you to do this. You will need appropriate software to do this.


Q. Do you give discounts for large orders ?

A. Yes we do. Please let us know the numbers you have & we will advise if you qualify for this.
